Our workshop is fully equipped with highly experienced, fully qualified staff.
We offer market leading precision engineering in materials including plastics, aluminium, brass, stainless steel, mild steel etc.
Specialising in CNC machining complex precision parts in a wide range of typical materials, using multi-axis machine tools, we can produce parts in one complete operation for improved cost and lead times.
CAD/CAM & fusion 360 software
All our CNC machinery has a direct link into our CAD/CAM system; this enables simple offline programming.
We can accept CAD files in a variety of conversion formats or even as solid models.
We are fully experienced in Fusion 360 CAD, CAM software.
Fusion 360 an integrated cloud software platform. It includes all the tools that we need to go from design to manufacturing, seamlessly.
Fusion 360 uses 3D modelling tools to produce high-quality CNC machined parts with integrated CAD/CAM
TESTING YOUR DESIGNS
We are also able to test the performance of your designs with 3D simulation tools, explore manufacturing-ready outcomes with generative design and collaborate and manage your data seamlessly in the cloud.
Automotive parts
As well as precision engineered parts, we also produce custom made automotive parts to clients throughout the UK.
Our engineers are highly skilled in machining alloy wheels and Accessories.
We also manufacture other automotive parts for bikes and cars. Such as, mirror extensions, brake spaces, blank chopper wheels and much more.
We have the capability to manufacture almost anything; therefore we welcome prototypes or production work.
